1. Participation & Personal Responsibility
By participating in Femme Flow™ offerings, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing.
You understand that movement, breathwork, emotional release, sound, meditation, somatic practices, and embodiment exercises may evoke emotional and physical responses.
Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, honor their body’s limits, and seek professional medical or psychological support where appropriate.
2. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
Femme Flow™ experiences, classes, workshops, certifications, and facilitations are not a substitute for licensed medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or crisis support.
No guarantees are made regarding personal, emotional, relational, physical, spiritual, or financial outcomes.
3. Booking, Deposits & Payment Policy
Workshops & Events
All workshop and event purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours before the event, the payment may be transferred toward a future Femme Flow™ offering at the discretion of the organization.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Certification Trainings
Certification deposits are non-refundable and secure your placement within the training.
Founding cohort pricing, payment plans, scholarships, and promotional pricing are limited-time offerings and may change without notice.
If a participant is unable to attend after enrolling, payments may be transferable toward a future training within 12 months, subject to approval.
Private Sessions & Mentorship
Private sessions, coaching, healing experiences, or mentorship containers may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve time and preparation.
Rescheduling requests require at least 24–48 hours notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of payment or deposit.
4. Certification Participation & Scope of Practice
Participation in a Femme Flow™ Facilitator Certification does not grant permission to diagnose, treat, prescribe, provide psychotherapy, or practice medicine unless independently licensed to do so.
Certified facilitators agree to:
operate within their own professional scope of practice
uphold ethical conduct
create safe and respectful environments
avoid coercive, abusive, exploitative, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior
refer participants to licensed professionals when needed
Certification completion does not guarantee business success, employment, income, or teaching opportunities.
Femme Flow™ reserves the right to deny, revoke, suspend, or remove certification status if conduct is found to be unethical, harmful, misrepresentative, or damaging to the integrity of the modality or community.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants, facilitators, assistants, collaborators, and trainees agree to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, consent-based environment.
The following behaviors are not tolerated:
harassment
bullying
discrimination
intimidation
manipulation
unwanted physical contact
disruption of group safety
misuse of substances during events where prohibited
recording others without consent
Femme Flow™ reserves the right to remove participants from any offering without refund if conduct compromises safety, integrity, or community wellbeing.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All Femme Flow™ content, materials, choreography, training frameworks, certification structures, videos, branding, manuals, exercises, language, methodologies, visual assets, written content, and educational materials are protected intellectual property.
This includes but is not limited to:
Femme Flow™
Femme Flow Dance™
facilitator training materials
class structures
embodiment exercises
choreography combinations
branding language
logos
manuals
videos
music concepts
marketing assets
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, taught, sublicensed, modified, repackaged, recorded for resale, or used to create derivative trainings without prior written permission.
7. Trademark Usage Guidelines
Femme Flow™ and related brand identifiers are protected brand assets.
Only officially certified and authorized facilitators may publicly market themselves using titles approved by Femme Flow™.
Certification does not grant ownership rights to the Femme Flow™ brand, methodology, trademark, logos, or intellectual property.
Facilitators may not:
create competing copycat trainings based substantially on Femme Flow™ materials
rebrand Femme Flow™ curriculum as their own
teach official Femme Flow™ certification content without authorization
use logos or trademarks in misleading ways
Approved certified facilitators may use authorized branding only in accordance with Femme Flow™ brand guidelines.
8. Media Release
Participants understand that workshops, trainings, retreats, and events may occasionally be photographed or filmed for promotional, educational, or community purposes.
By participating, you grant permission for reasonable use of captured media unless you explicitly communicate otherwise in writing before the event.
9. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
Participation in movement-based, somatic, dance, wellness, retreat, and embodiment experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, emotional release, injury, or discomfort.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and release Femme Flow™, Divine Light Collective, facilitators, contractors, venues, assistants, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to Offerings
Femme Flow™ reserves the right to modify schedules, teachers, venues, content, pricing, program structure, or event details when necessary.
Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate important changes.
11. Website & Digital Content Use
Content on this website and associated platforms is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
Unauthorized downloading, redistribution, scraping, duplication, or commercial use of digital content is prohibited.
