FEMME FLOW™ is an elements-based somatic dance practice designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, express themselves freely, and feel more confident, alive, and connected through movement.

This isn’t about perfect choreography or getting every step right.

It’s about freedom, play, emotional expression, confidence, and remembering how good it feels to move, dance, and be fully yourself.

Every FEMME FLOW™ experience is rooted in an elements-based movement journey inspired by Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.

Through guided choreography, free expression, rhythmic movement, music, circle connection, and nervous-system aware facilitation, women are invited to explore different ways of moving, expressing, and connecting with themselves.

Each experience creates space to let go, build confidence, and feel more free, alive, and at home in your body.

Where Femme Flow™ Began

FEMME FLOW™ was born from Cinderella’s lifelong relationship with dance and her own experience of finding her way back to herself through movement.

Dance has carried her through some of the biggest transitions of her life. It became a place to express what words couldn’t, reconnect with her body, build confidence, and remember the parts of herself that had been lost along the way.

From that experience, FEMME FLOW™ began to take shape: a dance practice that blends guided movement with free expression, creating space for women to feel playful, confident, grounded, and fully alive.

Cinderella de Groot

Founder of Femme Flow™ Dance
Transformational Facilitator | Ceremony Guide | Former Professional Dancer

Cinderella de Groot is a transformational facilitator, ceremony guide, and former professional dancer from Europe with over 20 years of experience in teaching, performing, and guiding movement-based experiences.

Her professional dance background includes cruise ship productions, television, film, musicals, stage shows, and live entertainment. Over the years, she has trained in multiple dance styles and taught salsa, bachata, ladies styling, jazz, show dance and theatre dance, feminine embodiment dance, aerobics, Zumba, and expressive movement.

Today, Cinderella blends her professional dance foundation with polyvagal-informed nervous system work, somatic healing, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, energy work, emotional release, chakra activation, and intuitive facilitation.

Through Femme Flow™, she guides women into rhythm, play, confidence, emotional release, and deeper connection with their bodies. Her approach is rooted in both artistry and embodiment, creating spaces where movement becomes more than choreography.

It becomes a pathway back to self.
