Facilitator Certification Training Overview

Two days of facilitator training, embodiment practices, nervous system education, movement leadership, practice teaching, and live feedback.

Day 1

10:00-4:00pm

Module 1: The FEMME FLOW™ Facilitation Framework

  • Elements framework (Earth, Water, Fire, Air)

  • Class design and sequencing

  • Music mapping and movement language

  • Guided movement and freestyle flow

Module 2: Emotional Release & Nervous System Safety

  • Regulation before release

  • Emotional safety and grounding

  • Somatic tools

  • Trauma-aware facilitation principles

Day 2

10:00-4:00pm

Module 3: Embodied Facilitation & Holding the Room

  • Voice, cueing, leadership and presence

  • Reading group energy

  • Circle facilitation

  • Practice teaching

Module 4: Professional Practice & Certification Standards

  • Class and workshop design

  • Ethics and boundaries

  • Certification requirements

  • Professional development
