The training weekend is the beginning of the certification journey, not the end of the learning process.

During the training, participants receive the complete FEMME FLOW™ framework through four core modules, combining education, embodiment practices, movement labs, practice teaching, and live feedback.

After the training, facilitators continue developing their skills through:

Every facilitator enters with a different level of experience. Some may feel ready to begin teaching immediately, while others choose to spend more time practicing, receiving support, and deepening their embodiment before leading classes independently.

The goal is to become a confident, safe, embodied facilitator who can grow with the method over time.

Do I need to be a professional dancer?

No. This is not about perfect technique. You do need a love for movement, embodiment, and personal growth.

Does this count toward CE credits?

Not yet. Femme Flow™ is currently a private method certification, and continuing education partnerships are in development.

Future cohorts may become eligible for CE credits for yoga teachers, movement professionals, and wellness facilitators. If CE credits are important for you, please contact us before enrolling for the most current status.

What is included in my training?

Is this therapy training?

No. This is a movement and embodiment facilitator certification, not a therapy license or clinical training.

Can I teach under the Femme Flow name?

Yes, active certified facilitators may use the Femme Flow name and method according to the facilitator agreement.

Can I integrate this into my current work?

Yes. Many facilitators use Femme Flow inside women’s circles, retreats, coaching containers, yoga studios, wellness events, and private group experiences.

Do I have to attend in person?

Not necessarily. While our in-person certification is the preferred experience, we also offer a private online certification pathway for international students or those unable to travel. Training is delivered through a combination of self-paced learning, live mentorship sessions, movement practice, and guided feedback.
