A hybrid facilitator training for women who feel called to guide embodied dance, emotional release, nervous system regulation, and feminine self-expression.
What this certification is
Femme Flow™ Facilitator Certification is a training experience that teaches you how to safely guide women through embodied movement, emotional release, somatic awareness, and feminine reconnection.
This is not about perfect choreography.
It is about learning how to hold a room, read energy, create safety, guide movement, and support women in returning to their bodies with confidence, expression, and trust.

A dance, yoga, or movement teacher who wants to bring more emotional depth into your classes.
A coach, healer, therapist, facilitator, or bodyworker who wants to integrate embodied movement into your work.

How the Training Works
Graduates are certified to facilitate the Femme Flow™ method within their appropriate professional scope, experience, and local regulations.
Online Foundations
Self-paced modules covering the Femme Flow™ method, nervous system basics, music structure, class themes, emotional safety, facilitation skills, and business foundations.
In-Person Immersion
A live training weekend or intensive where you practice teaching, receive feedback, experience the full method, and learn how to hold a real-life room.
Practice Teaching
You will guide practice classes and submit/receive feedback before certification is complete.
Final Certification
Upon completion of the training requirements, you receive your Femme Flow™ Facilitator Certification.
After certification, you can use Femme Flow™ Dance to

This is a foundational facilitator training for women who already have experience in movement, dance, fitness, yoga, embodiment, healing arts, coaching, or group facilitation.

2-Day In-Person Immersion
A focused facilitator training weekend where you learn the Femme Flow™ method through movement, meditation, nervous system resets, sound integration, class structure, and guided facilitation practice.
Includes a printed facilitator manual, practice teaching, feedback, and space for questions.
Prerequisite: Applicants must have a foundation in dance, fitness, embodiment, yoga, coaching, healing arts, or facilitation.

Timeline Investment
First Training: End of July 2026
The founding cohort will launch in Vista, California with a small, intimate group.
Future trainings and retreats will be hosted on Big Island, Hawai‘i, and California.
Applications are reviewed to make sure each participant has the right foundation and alignment for this work.
Q&A
Do I need to be a professional dancer?
No. This is not about perfect technique. You do need a love for movement, embodiment, and personal growth.
Does this count toward CE credits?
Not yet. Femme Flow™ is currently a private method certification, and continuing education partnerships are in development.
Future cohorts may become eligible for CE credits for yoga teachers, movement professionals, and wellness facilitators. If CE credits are important for you, please contact us before enrolling for the most current status.

Is this therapy training?
No. This is a movement and embodiment facilitator certification, not a therapy license or clinical training.
Can I teach under the Femme Flow name?
Yes, active certified facilitators may use the Femme Flow name and method according to the facilitator agreement.
Is there an annual renewal?
Yes. Certification renewal is $65 per year and includes continued use of the facilitator title, updated resources, community access, and directory listing.
Can I integrate this into my current work?
Yes. Many facilitators use Femme Flow inside women’s circles, retreats, coaching containers, yoga studios, wellness events, and private group experiences.
